Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@k9guard.ca. Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery (unless due to our error), as well as sale items and gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order after your return request has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
